Location: We'd like our event to begin at the corner of Grape and Harbor Dr.. We'd also like the parade to travel southbound down Harbor Dr., left on Pacific Hwy, disbanding near Embassy Suites / Seaport Village. We'd like a stage set up on the southbound side of Harbor Dr. across from Wyndham hotel (general vicinity).

The 5k Run / Walk will be a path within the Embarcadero area starting and ending at Harbor and Ash near Waterfront park. We'd like to set up Waterfront park with a festival atmosphere with resource tables / tents, vendors and music.

5k Run / Walk:
1. Begin staging 5k on Harbor Dr. between Grape and Ash Sunday, 1/19 @6am. 5k Walk/Run begins 9:00am.
2. Begin staging Parade on Harbor Dr. between Grape and Ash Sunday, 1/19 @6am.
3. 9:00am begin 5k on Harbor Dr. at the corner of Harbor and Ash and run southbound. Continue along the bay within Embarcadero.
4. Use sidewalks next to and behind Ruocco Park and Embarcadero along waterfront towards South Embarcadero and back to corner of Harbor and Ash for the finish. (~10 - 11am)
5. Walking takes ~1 hr for the 3.1 miles per Google Maps. 2 hrs should be plenty of time.
6. Parade to begin on Harbor Dr. at 11am, ending on Pacific Hwy near Embassy suites for the disbanding area ~1:00pm.
9. Moving portions of events end ~1:00pm.
