Join the City of San Diego for a tree planting event to celebrate the launch of our $10 million project, “Ready, Set, Grow San Diego,” funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Forest Service. This event will also mark the beginning of the tree planting season and acknowledge the significant contributions of Kate Sessions to our urban forest.

• Volunteer check-in begins at 8:00 a.m.
• Ceremony begins at 8:30 a.m.

The City's Kate Sessions Day Planting Event is free to the public. Please register to participate in tree planting at the park.
