Come one, Come all to a "SAFE, CLEAN, FUN-FILLED FAMILY CARNIVAL EXPERIENCE" at City Heights Park & Rec Ctr., 4380 Landis St., San Diego 92105 "Halloween Weekend" October 31 - November 3, 2024. They'll be carnival rides for all ages, fun family games and great carnival food eats! Thursday night is $2 each ride night. Gate fee is $2 per person. All kids under (12) years of age are free.
