The America's Finest City Half Marathon is one the largest and most prestigious half marathons in the United States with nearly 5000 participants and features a scenic point-to-point course.
Location: Half Marathon starts at the Cabrillo National Monument in Point Loma and finishes in Pan American's Plaza. The 5K starts and finishes in Balboa Park. The post event festival is located on the grass at Park Blvd & Presidents Way.
