This 2 day event showcases the diverse and rich cuisine of Laos right here in Mira Mesa Community Park, from 11:00-9:00 PM on Saturday and 11:00-6:00 PM on Sunday.

Visitors can expect to find a variety of food stalls selling a range of traditional dishes, from savory to sweet desserts. Some unique and delicious dishes cant even be ordered in local Lao restaurants.
In addition to the food, the festival features live music, cultural performances, cooking demonstrations, and fun cooking competitions. Foodies, get your taste buds ready for an adventure!

The mission of the event organizer, Lao Americans Organization of San Diego (LAOSD), is to share history and the diaspora of refugees from Laos. This festival celebrates the culinary treasures from Laos in honor of World Refugee Day.
