Saturday, April 12, 2025, 6:30 - 10:30am
Be a SUPERHERO for Autism! Join us for the 2025 Race for Autism 5K Run/ Walk and One Mile Family Walk scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2025 in beautiful Balboa Park. This family friendly event attracts thousands of superheroes from all across San Diego county to shine a spotlight on neurodiversity, promote equity and inclusion efforts, as well as raise funds that create opportunities and options for autistic individuals and their families in San Diego. Autism affects 1 in 36 children in the US today, and over 30,000 individuals right here in San Diego. That's up from 1 in 44 children just 3 years ago. To help, 100% of the funds raised by the Race for Autism helps to support autism programs and new initiatives in our community. Thanks to the support of people like you, NFAR has awarded over $2.4 million in funding. Join the fun! Registration includes a Race T-shirt, bib, commemorative medal, music, children's activities and more. You can make a difference by signing up today!

Location: The Race Registration, Resource Fair, Stage and Children's Area are located in the grassy area between 6th Ave and Balboa Drive, and between El Prado and Juniper. The Start Line and Finish Line are within this same area with the Start Line located on 6th Ave near to the Stage and the Finish Line on Balboa Drive by Resource Fair and First Aide Station.
