Deferred As-Graded Geotechnical Report Submittal to an Engineering Permit

What You Should Know

  • City of San Diego-approved plans and specifications shall not be changed, modified or altered without authorization from the City.
  • All changes, modifications or alterations to approved plans and specifications during construction must be reviewed and approved by the City prior to being incorporated into the construction documents.
  • A Deferred As-Graded Geotechnical Report can only be submitted to approved permits that are in Issued or Inspecting status.

Fees

 A non-refundable plan check fee at the hourly rate must be paid during the Set-Up Phase of the Deferred As-Graded review. Please refer to  Information Bulletin 502, "Fee/Deposit Schedule for Grading/Right-of-Way Permits & Mapping Actions." Additional hourly plan check fees may be assessed by the reviewers as needed.

  2. Geotechnical Report (As-Graded)

  2. The approved project number was digitally reviewed and begins with “PTS” (ex. PTS-0XXXXX
