Select In-person Services Available at the Mission Valley Location

Customers should make appointments to make payments in person. 

Customers can make appointments to view building plans or records and receive assistance by scheduling an appointment.

All in-person services at the Mission Valley location, except for making a payment in person, are closed on business days between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.

This office is the primary location for in-person customer assistance, with most services requiring an appointment. Appointments are not needed for in-person records or cashier services, or to attend Public Hearings or Planning Commission meetings. For assistance before coming to this office location, please call 619-446-5000.

Downtown

The Downtown office serves customers with pre-scheduled appointments for existing projects and permits. Walk-in services are not available.
