Unframed 24 x 26-inch watercolor of old Jerusalem with an image of the Dome of the Rock and Arabic writing. The Dome of the Rock is a shrine located on the Temple Mount in the Old City of Jerusalem. The site's significance stems from religious traditions regarding the rock, known as the Foundation Stone, at its heart, which bears great significance for Jews, Christians and Muslims. This was donated to the City by Jerusalem Mayor Ehud Amert on the occasion of his visit in 1994.
