Vietnamese banner in celebration of Tet Festival, the Vietnamese new year. It is 8 inches wide and 28 inchees long, made of red velvet with gold designs and 9-inch gold-colored dowels on both ends. This was presented to the Mayor by the Vietnamese Parent Association for making the welcoming remarks at the Tet Festival at Rosa Parks Elementary School.
