Two autographed paintings by Thomas Lloyd Ramsier: One is titled 'Makaha Valley, Hawaii', which is an abstract image of the valley. The other is titled 'Mother in Prayer'. Mr. Ramsier was an American artist born in 1927 and lived in the San Diego area. These were donated by the artist; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
