Acrylic plaque, 13 x 8, the 2009 Silver COGG Award presented to Mayor Sanders for his efforts to improve the quality of life in the city and restoring public trust in our government. COGG is a conservative political organization in North County San Diego. This was presented on the occasion of their 30th Anniversary on November 7, 2009, at the Country Club of Rancho Bernardo.
