Two silk leis from Guam resembling the plumeria leis given as welcome gifts to visitors to Guam. One is blue and white and the other one is white and green; both measure approximately 15 inches long. These were donated by Frank Portusach, Mayor of the District of Agana Heights, Guam; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
