Framed proclamation, 17 x 11 inches, from the San Diego Board of Supervisors honoring the City on its 153rd Anniversary of the March 1850 incorporation as a city. It notes the changes in the charter over the years and declares March 24, 2003, as City of San Diego Day. This was signed by Gregory Cox, Diane Jacobs, Pam Slater, Ron Roberts and Bill Horn and presented by Pam Slater.
