Plaque - 'In commemoration of the dedication of the Plaza de Panama Foundation to Otillia Mary and Edward Randolph Slattery, Gifted by their Daughter, Mary Elizabeth North, October 1995'. The Plaza was built for the Panama-California Exposition of 1915-1916. In 1994, Mary Elizabeth North offered to donate funds for a fountain. The City accepted her offer and in 1995, when it was completed, adopted a resolution that accepted her donation and thanked her. This was presented by Mrs. North in Nov 1996.
