Two 5 x 6-inch wooden standing plaques from the City of Oshawa, a city in Ontario, Canada, on the Lake Ontario shoreline. They have the crest of the city which reads: 'City of Oshawa, Labour and Prosper'. These were presented to the Mayor by visiting members of Oshawa Kiwanis Clubs, along with a letter from Allan C. Pilkey, Mayor of Oshawa, Canada, in November 1989.
