Wooden plaque, 13 x 12 inches, with a circular gold relief, USS Kitty Hawk CV-63. The plate reads 'Presented to the Mayor of San Diego in Appreciation for 25 years of support'. The Kitty Hawk was commissioned in 1961. This was donated by the U.S. Navy to commemorate the 25th anniversary. She was officially decommissioned in 2009 after almost 49 years of service.
