The folder contains the 'Yokohama Appeal' written by the students to the 14 participating cities, thanking the mayors for making their venture a success. This was presented at the Reuben H. Fleet Space Center to Councilman Bruce Henderson, accepting on behalf of Mayor O'Connor, and was included in the Yokohama Exotic Showcase '89.
