Shield-shaped mahogany plaque, 12 x 8 inches, with the Coat of Arms of the City of Perth, Western Australia. The plate reads 'Presented to the City of San Diego on the Occasion of the Inauguration of the Sister City Relationship on the 4th day of February 1987. This was presented by Mick A. Michael, OAM (Order of Australia Medal recipient), Lord Mayor of Perth, to commemorate the San Diego - Perth Sister City relationship.
