Clear 3-inch lucite paperweight with a miniature booklet embedded inside dated July 1, 1988, titled '$11,635,000, Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego, California, Horton Plaza Project, Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds, Series 1988'. There is an image of Horton Plaza on the top, Centre City Development's logo on one side and 'Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Diego' on another. This was donated by the Centre City Development Corporation.
