Wooden 6 x 9-inch plaque with the insignia of the 'N.E. Sagres', a ship that was incorporated into the Portuguese Navy in 1962. The three-masted, 295-foot-long ship serves as a training vessel for cadets in the Portuguese Navy and as a traveling goodwill ambassador for Portugal. This was presented by the Portuguese Navy during the ship's visit to the Port of San Diego in 1992.
