14 x 18 inch poster board - Deed conveying the National Training Center to the City of San Diego in June 2000. NTC San Diego was in use 1923 - 1997, a former U.S. Navy base at the north end of San Diego Bay. The site is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and many of the structures are designated as historic by the city of San Diego. The base was closed by the Base Realignment and Closure 1993 commission. It is now the site of Liberty Station, a mixed-use community being redeveloped and repurposed by the City of San Diego.
