Montblanc Starwalker Pen. This was given to the Mayor by Jose Galicot, President, Tijuana Innovadora, during a planning meeting for 2015 Tijuana - San Diego Innovadora. Innovadora Tijuana has been a Tijuana event since 2010. It attracts politicians, business leaders, and academics to celebrate potential in fields from cuisine to technology to fashion. In 2014, Mayor Faulconer and Tijuana Mayor Jorge Astiazaran announced their plan to expand it into a cross-border event to showcase the binational region.
