Mission Beach Centennial Banner, 36 x 24-inches, with the logo of the Centennial on both sides, which includes images of a surfboard and the Belmont Park roller coaster and 'Centennial 1914 - 2014'. This was delivered to the Mayor's office on by Debbie Watkins, Chair of the Mission Beach Centennial Committee, to thank him for speaking at the March 22 launch of the 100 year birthday celebration, which features an event each month through September 2014. He made his first Proclamation as Mayor in honor of the anniversary.
