Metal sculpture 5 x 6 inches representing Mexico's Coat of Arms mounted on a 6-inch diameter black metal base, The coat of arms has been an important symbol of Mexican politics and culture for centuries. It depicts a Mexican golden eagle perched on a prickly pear cactus and devouring a snake. This was donated by C.P.C. Hector R. Riveros Moreno, Economic Development Commission, City of Tijuana. Tijuana, Mexico has been a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
