Fan made of copper-colored metal with two orange tassels hanging from each side and a design of flowers, silver birds, and an orange sun. It measures 12-3/4 inches across when opened. This was received from Mayor Saigo, City of Yokohama, during the Mayor's trip to the orient, November 11, 1983, to December 30, 1983. Yokohama, Japan, has been a San Diego Sister City since 1957.
