27-inch square silk scarf with a Yokohama harbor scene, a kimono, and a yellow 11-foot x 6-inch obi, a sash for traditional Japanese dress worn for Japanese martial arts and part of kimono outfits. These were donated by the Association for Yokohama Exotic Showcase '89. The 1989 event saw the first public operation of maglev trains in Japan and the opening of Cosmo Clock 21, then the tallest Ferris wheel in the world. Yokohama, Japan, is a San Diego Sister City.
