Green hooded sweatshirt with 'Kilroy' and an image of a shamrock, given to the Mayor to commemorate the 2014 St. Patrick's Day Parade where he officiated as Executive Grand Marshal. Donated by Scott Dodge of The Irish Congress of Southern California in San Diego. The Irish Congress was founded in 1980 to promote public appreciation and knowledge of Irish culture and heritage. Its primary function is to organize the St. Patrick's Day Parade and Irish Festival.
