It's About Time Award from the San Diego County Taxpayers Annual Golden Watchdog and Golden Fleece Awards, held May 13, 2009: A red alarm clock, 4 x 6 inches, presented to the Mayor for the City of San Diego's Audit Completion. The City was finally able to complete six years of backlogged audits in two years and would now be able to save taxpayer dollars by attaining better interest rates in the public bond market.
