Wooden 6-inch square plaque with a circular plate that has a gold and blue shield with a gold crowned lion and a red flower. Under the shield is a banner with 'Urban Council' written in Chinese and English. The plate at the bottom that reads 'Hong Kong'. This was a momento of the Youth Symphony's trip to the Far East in 1981.
