Two of these were given to the Mayor by Jahfar Mohammed Ismall, Abu Dhabi Department of Transportation, on behalf of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan during a delegation visit to San Diego in March 2015 for discussions and presentations with the City's Traffic Engineering Department.
