Flag of Israel measuring 9 x 6 inches on a wooden stand with a 3-inch base. The design is the Blue Star of David between two horizontal blue stripes on a white field. This was donated by Moshe Shimon Shimi, Mayor of Kiriat Malachi, Israel, in 1996. Occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
