Executive Grand Marshal sash from the 34th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, green and gold, 5 x 68 inches. With more than 120 parade entries and thousands in attendance, it is one of the largest single-day events in San Diego. This was donated by Scott Dodge of The Irish Congress of Southern California in San Diego. The Congress was founded in 1980. Its primary function is to organize the St. Patrick's Day Parade and Irish Festival.
