Two identical DVDs published by the Taichung City Government commemorating the 2008 International Sister Cities Flag-Raising Ceremony. As of 2013, Taichung had signed sister city agreements with nineteen cities in nine countries since 1965. These were donated by Taichung City, Taiwan, a San Diego Sister City since 1983.
