Wooden clock, 32 x 17 inch oval shape with a 4 x 2 inch plate that reads: Hafa Adai, to Mayor of San Diego, Roger Hedgecock, from Honorable Ricardo J. Bordallo, Governor of Guam. Hafa Adai (pronounced half a day) is 'Hello' in Chamorro, the native language of Guam and the islands of the Northern Marianas. On the surface around the clock there are two engraved palm trees. Donated by the Governor of Guam; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
