Gold-trimmed 6-1/2 inch plate with Chicago Mayor Richard M. Daley's signature and the City of Chicago seal in the middle with the words: 'City of Chicago, Incorporated 4th March 1837'. Daley was elected mayor in 1989 and was re-elected five times until declining to run for a seventh term. At 22 years, he was the longest serving Chicago mayor. This was donated by the City of Chicago, Illinois; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
