Silver metal business card holder, 4 x 2-1/2 inches, engraved with 'Tijuana ECD' (Economic Development Corporation). This was donated by City of Tijuana Councilwoman Martha Leticia Castaneda Rojas, Chairman of the Committee on Border Affairs, during a meeting with Mayor Faulconer on March 27, 2014. Tijuana has been a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
