Book titled 'Welcome to Tijuana', by Alvaro E. Montano Rubio and Mauricio Chavez Montano, published in 2011, with both English and Spanish text. This was donated by City of Tijuana Councilwoman Martha Leticia Castaneda Rojas, Chairman of the Committee on Border Affairs, during a meeting with Mayor Faulconer on March 27, 2014. Tijuana has been a San Diego Sister City since 1993.
