White 10-1/2 inch plate with a gold rim, a picture of Putt's Bridge, and '1774 - Bicentennial - 1974, Ludlow, Massachusetts'. Information on the bridge is on the back of the plate: 'Putt's Bridge 1822-1897 - built by Eli Putnam, was one of several and the most famous covered bridge to be constructed across the Chicopee River connecting Ludlow and Springfield, Massachusetts. Donated by the City of Ludlow; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
