Pewter replica of the Tower of the Agua Caliente Casino, part of the Agua Caliente Touristic Complex. In 1935, President Cardenas decreed an end to gambling and the Agua Caliente complex closed. In 1939, it was reopened as a school. The Tower has been moved to Aquacaliente Boulevard and Fundadores, near downtown Tijuana and displays sports memorabilia and photographs. Tijuana is a San Diego Sister City. Presented by President Jorge Ramos Hernandez; occasion information was not provided to the City Clerk's office.
