Government Code Section 87200 identifies city elected officials (Mayor, City Attorney, and City Councilmembers), Planning commissioners, Chief Operating Officer, and City Treasurer as statutory filers who are required to file Statements of Economic Interests.

Copies of the Statements of Economic Interests (Form 700) for the elected officers and other statutory filers may be obtained online through the Electronic Filing System. They are also available by visiting the office of the City Clerk at 202 C Street, 2nd floor, San Diego, CA 92101.

Effective January 1, 2025, due to changes from AB 1170 (Valencia), the Office of the City Clerk will have electronic copies available through our Electronic Filing System for 87200 filers.
