Item 200 - City Council Informational Training: General Fund Debt Financing of Capital Improvement Projects

This item provides an informational financial training for the City Council. The training is entitled: General Fund Debt Financing of Capital Improvement Projects.

This training is provided pursuant to the comprehensive financial training program adopted by the City Council in December 2006. In December 2006, the City Council adopted Resolution R-302243 to implement a comprehensive financial training program as recommended in IBA Report #06-59.

The training program for the City Council calls for two trainings a year covering two of four important financial subject areas: Debt Issuance and Administration; Financial Disclosure; Financial Statement Overview; and Current and Multi-Year Budget Planning.

Item 201 - PRJ-0675732: El Camino Assisted Living Facility

This item is an application for a Conditional Use Permit, Site Development Permit and Neighborhood Use Permit to construct a three-story, 105,568-square-foot nursing facility with 105 units consisting of 87 assisted living units and 18 memory care units for a total of 124 beds, surface parking and supporting amenities at 13860 El Camino Real in San Diego.
