Councilmembers will hear two informational items on Tuesday. The 5-year CIP Outlook quantifies financial needs for infrastructure projects.  The Police Department will give a briefing on crime in the City in 2021.

Consent Agenda


Councilmembers will address 21 items on the consent agenda.  Many of them are part of the FY 2022 Community Projects, Programs and Services Funding Allocation to non-profit groups.


 


Proclamations


Item 30 – Computers 2 Kids San Diego Day celebrates a non-profit organization which has donated over 250,000 new and refurbished computers to families and students in need.


 


Item S502 – Healthcare Heroes Month honors healthcare workers who have persevered throughout the pandemic to comfort and heal San Diego residents.

Item 330 - City of San Diego Fiscal Year 2023-2027 Five-Year Capital Infrastructure Planning Outlook – This CIP Outlook models fiscal and capital asset planning.  This is the eighth CIP Outlook the City has published since January 2015, and it aims to provide information on the basis for revenue projections, criteria to determine capital infrastructure needs, and present a broad overview of capital infrastructure needs and funding over the next five fiscal years.

Item 331 - City of San Diego Crime Briefing: January – December 2021 Index Crimes – This report summarizes the January through December 2021 index crimes, as well as domestic violence cases, gang and hate crimes statistics.  Index crimes include murder, rape, robbery, aggravated assault, burglary, larceny, and motor vehicle theft.
