Storm Water Pollution Prevention Division:
Public Advocacy & Training

This section is responsible for increasing awareness of storm water pollution, knowledge of its causes and advocating behavior change by more than 1.2 million city residents, city employees, businesses, and industry in the City of San Diego. The primary vehicle for knowledge, awareness and change is Think Blue, the City's award winning public advocacy and media campaign.
