History of the Center
The Recreation Center at Nobel Athletic Fields was completed in 2007 thanks to strong community organization and effort. The 31-acre site also houses the North University Branch Library.
Directions and Bus Route
From Interstate 805 North, take the Nobel Drive Exit and turn left onto Nobel Drive. Turn right on Judicial Drive at the first light. The Recreation Center and Library are on the left.
From Interstate 805 South, take the La Jolla Village Drive and head west. Turn left onto Towne Center Drive. Turn left onto Nobel Drive, then go left onto Judicial Drive. The Recreation Center and Library are on the left.
The center is accessible by bus via SDMTS route 960 (limited).
