Lisa Byrne joined the Office of the Independent Budget Analyst (IBA) in June 2009 as a Fiscal & Policy Analyst. Lisa’s prior government experience includes working as an Analyst for the State of New Jersey’s Office of Management and Budget. There she analyzed the impacts of issues relating to salary and employee benefits, including pensions and health benefits. At the State of New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission and Department of Education she was charged with budget, financial, policy and process analyses. Additionally, she served as an auditor with the New Jersey Office of the State Auditor.

Lisa has a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Penn State and holds a Certified Public Accountant (Inactive) license with the State of New Jersey.
