Land Survey Services for Capital Projects

Does the City survey private property?

The City does not provide land survey services to private property owners, you will need to contact a professional land surveyor.

How do I call for survey staking services on my capital projects?

Forty-eight hours notice is to be provided to the designated resident engineer for the project. The resident engineer will contact survey staff.

Copies of field survey notes, record maps and as-built drawings can be obtained at Development Services Records section at (619) 446-5200.
