PERFORMANCE AUDITOR II

Nadia Torkman joined the San Diego Office of the City Auditor in September of 2022. Nadia earned a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Political Science from California State University, Chico. Nadia joined the office with prior experience working within higher education and nonprofit administration and has conducted process improvement and program development research as a component of her studies. She has worked on audits pertaining to the City’s hiring process, building acquisitions, and grants.
