The City of San Diego and San Diego Futures Foundation (SDFF) have expanded their digital literacy services through a FREE multi-lingual helpline with tech experts available to answer your "How to ..." questions.
The Digital Navigator Program is offered at select libraries and community centers.

The helpline is staffed daily, but hours may vary. If a Digital Navigator is unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail and we will get back to you within 2 business days.

Digital Navigators can help San Diegans get connected to digital resources such as:
Basic tech-support
Low-cost computers
Free or low-cost internet subscriptions
Online programs to access education, work, telehealth, government services, housing assistance, etc.

Digital Navigators offer person-centered support and are positioned to provide community members with phone-based support for issues relating to discounted internet, tech support, and device access.
